Returns & Refunds
Standard Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are:
- Unworn
- In their original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
Refunds will be issued excluding delivery charges.
If free delivery was applied and a return reduces the order value below the free delivery threshold, the delivery charge will be deducted from the refund.
Personalised / Embroidered Items
Items that have been embroidered or personalised cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Items
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Online Returns Process
If you use the online returns form:
- Goods purchased online or from the Airdrie or Hamilton branches should be returned to the Airdrie branch
- Goods purchased from the Alva branch or Alva schools should be returned to the Alva branch
You do not need to wait for a return number or email before returning goods.
