    By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

    Orders & Payment

    All orders are subject to acceptance by Scotcrest Uniforms Limited and availability of stock.

    Full payment must be received before goods are dispatched.

    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including in the event of pricing errors, stock issues or suspected misuse of the website. If payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

    Prices

    All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

    Delivery charges are displayed separately and added at checkout where relevant.

    Ownership of Goods

    All goods remain the property of Scotcrest Uniforms Limited until full payment has been received.

    Delivery

    Delivery times provided are estimates only and not guaranteed.

    Please notify us of:

    • Non-delivery within 7 days of the invoice date
    • Any damaged or missing items within 48 hours of receipt of goods

    Liability

    Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot be excluded by law.
