Delivery Cost
Courier delivery to UK mainland addresses is £4.99 per order.
We offer free delivery on orders over £70.00.
Please note that orders are not insured by Scotcrest.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Most orders are for stock items and are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
During our busiest period (back-to-school), order processing may take up to 14 days.
If an item is out of stock, it will be ordered in and embroidered. This process can take up to 5 working days before dispatch.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is the next working day.
Delivery Details
All orders are delivered by our courier and a signature is required on delivery.
If you may not be available, please provide an alternative delivery address (for example, a neighbour) when placing your order.
If delivery cannot be completed, the courier will leave a calling card with details on how to rearrange delivery at a time convenient for you.

You will receive:
- A confirmation email once your order has been placed
- A dispatch email once your order has been sent
